Dr. Mañosa holds a Bachelor’s degree in Materials Engineering (2018) and a Master’s degree in Renewable and Sustainable Energy (2019) from the University of Barcelona, where he completed his PhD in Engineering and Applied Sciences in 2024.

He began his academic career as a research assistant in the DIOPMA research group (2018–2020), later pursuing his PhD with an FI grant (2020–2024). He is currently a postdoctoral researcher at the same institution. His work focuses on the development of low-carbon cementitious materials based on clays and industrial wastes and by-products. He has authored 30 peer-reviewed publications and has participated in several competitive and technology-transfer projects.

He also serves as an adjunct lecturer in the Department of Materials Science and Physical Chemistry, teaching in the degrees of Materials Engineering, Chemistry, and Chemical Engineering.
