Quality Policy
DIOPMA is a TECNIO center recognized by ACCIÓ, with a quality system based on the requirements of the ISO 9001 standard and the EFQ model (in compliance with the requirements for obtaining accreditation).
DIOPMA establishes the following Quality for all its activities related to the request and execution of R & D & I projects, competitive projects, the provision of services to private companies and public administrations, the application of innovative technologies and methodologies, and scientific and technological knowledge transfer activities.
DIOPMA’s Quality Policy is based on the following principles:
- Maintain the quality management system and promote continuous improvement in all its activities and services.
- Guarantee compliance with current applicable legal regulations.
- Comply with the code of good research practices of the University of Barcelona.
- Facilitate the training and awareness of all group members to make them participate in the quality management system and meet its objectives.
- Provide the technical, material and human resources necessary for the correct performance of all activities, and for the professional development of the group members.
- Provide a good work environment and a healthy work environment.
- Promote excellence, efficiency and innovation in all projects.
- Achieve customer satisfaction.
- Publish research results and facilitate communication channels with the business sector, public administration and society.
The commitment to quality affects the entire group and continuous improvement is the responsibility of all its members. The scientific-technical Commission of the DIOPMA group will facilitate its compliance through its management, dissemination and with the means at its disposal.
All the activities of DIOPMA center are defined in order to guarantee the maximum quality during our client’s projects development. This is achieved through a strategy that combines human resources with the technical means available in order to obtain:
