The Plasticopyr project was presented at the first conference “Fer ciència ciutadana a la Universitat de Barcelona“. Citizen science activities (Plasticopyr Switch) and the data collection App hosted on the Marine Debris Tracker App were presented at the conference, which have been developed to reduce plastic pollution in mountain ecosystems, involving citizens.
